Shipping Policy
  • All orders are subject to a corresponding shipping fee based on location and the weight of the package.
  • Shipping fees quoted upon check-out are inclusive of shipping insurance up to Php500.
  • Should the customer's order exceed Php500, the customer may opt to avail shipping insurance for the total value of the package. Cost to cover the the total value of the order is 1% of the total value of the order. (Ex: Total Value of the order Php1,000. Insurance = Php10).
  • Individual prices of the products do not include said shipping fee.
  • Orders are processed between Tuesdays - Saturdays, cut off is 18:00. 
  • We dispatch parcels to Gogo Express from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Once an order has already been dispatched, The Good Trade will not be able to exchange the product. 
  • The Good Trade is not liable for any failure, delay, loss, and damage of the products while in transit.
  • The shopper can track the parcel through the website of the logistics provider: https://app.gogoxpress.com/track

 

In-store Pick-up or fulfilment

  • Customers who prefer to pick up their orders from Ortigas Center (Pearl Drive) can pick it up personally or may opt to book and shoulder the cost for Lalamove, Grab, Mr. Speedy or Angkas.
  • Exact pick-up location and schedule will be sent once the parcel is ready. 
  • Pick up orders any day from Tuesdays to Saturdays between 9:00-18:00.
